AKINOLA AYOOLA

Akin is Managing Partner of Jasper Beryl Consulting. He is an accomplished HR professional with over 26 years generalist experience gained within the private and public sectors. He has extensive leadership experience in HR while working with Unilever Plc, Financial Merchant Bank Limited, Schlumberger, Transocean, and most recently, Oando Plc where he was the Chief HR Officer.

Akin’s areas of core competence include Recruitment & Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Resourcing and Employee Relations. He is a skillful negotiator with a track record of interaction with strong unions in the Oil Industry. He is also an excellent communicator. He has attended human resources and leadership programs at Harvard Business School and Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He obtained a Bsc in Political Science from the University of Ibadan and is a certified SAP R/3 Human Resources Professional.

 

FEMO MOWAIYE

Femi is an accomplished and experienced professional, with core expertise in Human Resource, Operations Management, Process Re-engineering, and Project Monitoring & Evaluation.    She has worked with top consulting firms like Phillips Consulting (Nigeria) and Organizations such as MTN (Nigeria & the Group, SA) and I.F.A Nigeria (a subsidiary of Clientele Life, one of the topmost Life Insurance companies on the Johannesburg stock exchange) to mention a few.
She has also consulted for blue-chip multinationals and indigenous firms such as Brass LNG, Nigeria LNG, Central Bank of Nigeria, Fidelity Bank, Zenith Bank, E-Tranzact to mention a few. While at MTN Nigeria, she was instrumental to the design of the Specialist career path and the succession plan process.   
Femi was the Head of Human Resources in I.F.A Nigeria where she was responsible for Organizational transformation initiatives, Culture realignment, Staff development and Performance Management. She was also responsible for designing and establishing the training academy, which she effectively created in at least 5 other organizations.
Femi is highly creative, an engaging trainer and people developer and a strong influencer. She has a strong passion for policy and framework implementation, SME sustainability structures and women empowerment.    Femi has spent almost 20 years working across several sectors of the economy including Telecoms, Energy, Oil & Gas, FMCG, Financial services, Maritime & Shipping, and Real Estate.
She has worked in both the private and public sectors and has been able to achieve remarkable improvement in employee performance, processes and overall corporate performance.    Femi is a graduate of Geography from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. She has postgraduate degrees and certificate programs from the University of South Africa (UNISA), Darden School of Business, Virginia, U.S.A and the Enterprise development Centre (EDC), an affiliate of the prestigious Lagos Business School (Pan Atlantic University), Nigeria. 
She was the Managing Partner of Quo Magnis Limited for about 4 years before becoming a Partner at Jasper Beryl Consulting, with specialisation on OD and Organisational restructuring projects.

LOLA ADE-ONOJOBI

Lola is a Human Resources Professional with close to 18 years’ experience gained from serving in both HR consulting and HR practitioner roles across the banking, FMCG, media, telecoms and oil & gas sectors. In addition to her HR generalist experience, Lola possesses specialist skills in reward, performance management and organisation development, all developed whilst working with blue chip organisations such as KPMG Professional Services (Formerly Arthur Andersen), MTN Nigeria Communications Limited where she served as HR Specialist (Reward & Performance), State Street Corporation (Ireland), Strategic Solution Media & Solution Platforms Limited (Nigeria & Ghana) and as an Independent HR Consultant. In her role as Performance Specialist, Lola was involved in the rollout (training and support to line managers in the cascade) of the Company’s performance management (PM) system – the Integrated Performance Management System (IPF), which was based on the Balanced Scorecard model. As Country representative for MTN Nigeria on all performance management and recognition matters, Lola developed and maintained annual PM program plans & schedules, coordinated all annual company-wide PM activities, set up and oversaw the maintenance of the PM helpdesk and built a performance history database for the entire organisation which was used as input into the employee development, talent review and career management framework. Lola was the pioneer project manager for MTN’s Branded Recognition Program (Y’elloStars) – an annual program - from design to implementation and final awards in South Africa to selected employees. She also provided support in other areas such as the development of the annual strategy document for the HR Division as well as the running of focus group sessions across the company in order to develop MTN Nigeria’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP). At Oando Group Plc Lola served as the Head of Performance & Organisation Development where she was responsible for end to end performance management for the Oando group (Group Office, Shared Services and 6 Subsidiaries in three West African countries including Nigeria). As process owner for the Oracle Talent Management System for the Company she led the implementation, training and rollout of the new competency-based performance (talent) management module of the Oracle System. She was responsible for the maintenance of the Company’s competency framework and also for organisational effectiveness within the Group. This involved the development & maintenance of optimal organisation structures/designs, definition of job profiles across the organisation as well as conducting job evaluations. Lola worked with State Street Corporation Ireland as Compensation & Benefits Consultant where she provided Total Rewards support to the five State Street Corporation entities in Ireland and was also involvement in regional projects across the EMEA region. Lola served as Director Corporate Services for Strategic Solution Media Limited and Solution Platforms Limited in both Nigeria and Ghana. Lola holds a BSc in Economics (2nd Class Upper Division) from the University of Lagos. In addition to this, she was awarded the prestigious British Chevening Scholarship to pursue an MBA at the University of Surrey, UK and is also an Accredited Hay Group JE (Job Evaluation) Manager Facilitator, as well as an Accredited Change Management Facilitator by Development Dimensions International (DDI). She is a Member of the CIPD UK, is currently pursuing an Executive MSc in International Human Resource Management at Cranfield University in the UK.

Joseph O. T. Odusanya

Joseph is an organizational psychologist and HR practitioner with over twenty five practice years in the field. He specialises in organisational and talent development. Joseph has successfully helped clients translate their organizational strategies into realizable objectives.
He has assisted organizations and top management professionals prepare and organize their leadership bench-strengths across various industries. Joseph was a Senior Regional Consultant with DDI where he successfully served clients like Petronas and Panasonic.
He was also General Manager-Africa at the HayGroup in South Africa, a position he held until he joined Keystone Bank as Head of the Human Capital Division. He has led transformation and organizational development work with clients like Flour Mills of Nigeria, Brass LNG and the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). Joseph has an Msc. in Industrial/Organisational Psychology and a doctorate degree in management.

 

ARUOSA OSEMWEGIE

a

Aruosa is a Human Resource consultant, certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), with experience as a Practitioner, Consultant and Theorist in People Management. He is an alumnus of both the Harvard Business School and the Lagos Business School’s executive development programs in Human Capital Management.

He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science & Technology from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria and has had rich experience working and consulting in some of Nigeria’s leading-light organisations. He was until recently a member of the Human Resources group of Guaranty Trust Bank Nigeria.

He is also a member of the leading global human resources body, Society for Human Resource Management, United States (SHRM) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria (ACIPM). He is a much sought after conference speaker with the ability to infuse and energize his audience. Aruosa is a regular columnist on HR/People Management in The Guardian newspapers.
